KENNETH ROY BAKER Ken Baker was born in August, 1946, the eldest son of Roy and Bernice Baker. He received his elementary education at Auburn School, and took his high school education at Neepawa, and graduated with the class of ''64. While growing up at Oberon, he took an active part in community and church events. After high school, Ken started in road construction, first as an operator, and then as a heavy equipment mechanic. He is still employed at this occupation. In 1968, he married Averil Munroe of Saskatoon. They were divorced in 1981. In February, 1983 he married Joan Catherine Johnstone, daughter of Mrs. Agnes Johnstone and the late Clare Johnstone of Wellwood, Manitoba. Ken and Joan are living on S.E. 28-12-15.
